Oleg Elshin is the company founder, Managing Director and President with more than 13 years of successful experience in global earthquake prediction. He holds degrees in chemical engineering, computer systems, finance, economics, law, an EMBA, and an Oxford University (MBA). Oleg was born and raised in Kazakhstan. Since 2014, he has lived in Alicante, Spain, and holds a Spanish permanent residence permit.

Christian S. Frey has been a Company Managing Director since 2019. He is the founder and CEO of CSF Management AG. Christian holds Degrees from University of St.Gallen, Harward Law School, Geneva Graduate Institute and University of Geneva.
